It’s a servo motor, not just a plain motor. A servo motor means it has built-in feedback (an encoder) and you can control exactly where/when it moves, not just “turn it on and it spins”.
SPECIFICATION
Because of the absolute encoder, it knows its position even when switched off. You don’t need to do long “homing” routines.
It has a flange size (mounting face) typical for the 1 kW class in this series (≈100 mm square)—which means it’s still workable in many machine frames. The datasheet gives details for similar models
The series supports 230 V (for the 3000 rpm models) and the rated torque for the 1 kW class is ~3.18 Nm (for the “L1K030” model in that series).
Good for automation machines: conveyors, indexers, pick & place, small robots — where you need good precision, good motion response, not just brute force.
