The BMXCPS2000 is a compact 20 W AC power supply module from Schneider Electric’s Modicon X80 series, designed to power M340/M580 PLC backplanes. It provides dual secondary voltages: 24 V DC for I/O and sensors, and 3.3 V DC for logic. With built-in diagnostics and a cold-restart pushbutton, it ensures reliable and safe operation in automation systems.
SPECIFICATION
Input voltage: 100–240 V AC, with tolerance from 85–264 V.
Secondary outputs: 16.8 W @ 24 V DC (for I/O/processor), 10.8 W @ 24 V DC (for sensors), and 8.3 W @ 3.3 V DC (logic).
Protection: Internal non-user-accessible fuse, overload, over-voltage, and short-circuit protection on the secondary side.
Diagnostics: Two green LEDs (“Rack OK” and “24 V OK”) and a reset (cold-start) push button.
